I can’t even remember how did I even start my 2020 year.
It was a terrible year and it started with the lockdown. We all come home for 30 days and got stuck for what seems like an entire lifetime. I am not a fan of home and things didn’t go too well.
My nightmare started with the death of my dearest pet dog, Popeye on June 11. Following him, left my another dog, Tiger, on 11th August. By now my head wrapped around the fact that the 11th of any month is unfortunate. Did I mention a family squabble? Oh, there were many. Happens.
My niece managed to drop hot tea on her by October and I managed to sequentially hurt my knee. My mom’s health took a bad turn and my brother’s health was not spared. Later, the worst of all, my father caught up with the moment of COVID, he recovered.
Here we are, waiting for the end of 2020 eagerly.
But let’s never forget to recall the happy-moments, shall we? The key to life is happiness, no matter big or small.
Family vacation or family-time (Too much at once if you ask me, no complaints), long-distant proved that my boyfriend can bear with me and honestly, nothing else.
I would never dare give a sentimental speech about the upsides and downsides because down to the fact, 2020 introduced me to being lazy!
PS – I am still not sure about 2021. Who cares?
